Hello

And a warm welcome, i'm Helen.

Thank you for checking out this tiny corner of the internet. My own journey into the world of supporting others came about primarily as a result of my own personal experiences. Whilst i work with a range of issues, I specialise in supporting women who are navigating self-doubt, burnout, masking, relational trauma, cPTSD, and perfectionism. Many of them are late-identified autistic or ADHD — or quietly wondering if they might be. I've trained with the National Institute of Clinical Behavioural Medicine and the Trauma Research Foundation in Boston, Massachusetts. In addition to mandatory training, i undertake regular CPD and receive clinical supervision on my work.

As a late-diagnosed autistic woman with ADHD, I'm always seeking to cultivate an awareness of the many challenges faced by neurodivergent people, particularly within educational, healthcare, and workplace settings. Although everyone's experiences will be unique, various commonalities often centre around miscommunications and a lack of understanding in relation to sensory needs. Being on the receiving end of bullying, micro-aggressions, harassment and abuse can lead to feelings of isolation, disconnection, and hopelessness. And that's where therapeutic coaching or mentoring can help.
