Autism and ADHD Support

Here to help you better understand your world

Waiting for an autism and/or ADHD assessment can be a time filled with uncertainty, frustration, and a sense of being in limbo. That’s why i offer supportive sessions specifically for people in this in-between space—recognising that your experiences and challenges are real and valid, even without a formal diagnosis. My approach focuses on helping you understand your unique patterns of thinking, feeling, and functioning, while equipping you with practical tools for daily life. Whether you’re seeking clarity, self-compassion, or strategies for managing overwhelm, our sessions provide a non-judgemental environment where you can begin to make sense of things and feel more grounded during the wait.

And, if you've recently received an official diagnosis, i understand how challenging, frustrating, overwhelming, (and yes, sometimes exciting too) that can feel, even more so when the realisation occurs later in life. Chances are, you may have been struggling for decades, all whilst feeling 'different' but unable to figure out exactly what that difference is, let alone decide what to do about it. Worry not, you're in the right place.

I offer a safe, confidential space where you can express your thoughts and feelings, gain insight into your sensory needs, take off your mask, discover your true sense-of-self, and find ways to navigate the world without losing your brilliant uniqueness.

No matter where you are in your neurodivergence-discovery journey, i'm here to help you flourish.
