Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and finding a way forward may seem difficult or virtually impossible, even more so when you're neurodivergent. Perhaps you're struggling with a life-transition or find yourself in a repeated cycle of unhealthy relationships. Whether you're dealing with autistic burnout, the impact of living with complex trauma (cPTSD), self-doubt, perfectionism, rejection sensitivity, emotionally-unavailable parents, social-anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or other personal challenges, counselling can provide a safe, confidential, and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgement.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and you are very much the expert in your life and your experiences. Together, we’ll work to explore your concerns, develop coping strategies, and make sense of your unique experiences.

I offer single-session counselling, short-term (for example, 6 or 12 sessions) as well as long term open-ended working, where no specific number of sessions have been agreed. You are in total control of when you decide to end our work together.
You don’t have to face your challenges alone. Whether you’re looking for support through a specific issue, needing a space to unpack your trauma-rucksack, or understand yourself better and make meaning from life events, i'm here to listen and i'm here for you.
